Econ LD Series

Variable Speed Low Volume Peristaltic Pump - Econ LD Series From Stenner

The Econ LD, when precise low volume dosing, is a must.

The Econ LD is a precise, compact, variable speed, peristaltic pump designed for reliably metering low volume amounts. The quiet, long lasting brushless motor, in a totally enclosed housing, offers premium quality at an economical price. The LD series incorporates the latest microprocessor technology with a simple potentiometer to control outputs with a 50:1 turndown. The outputs range from 0.04 to 8.1 ounces per hour, with pressures to 80 psi (1.3 to 240.0 ml/hr, pressures to 5.5 bar).

Ideal for pumping flocculants, coagulants, sanitizers, and a variety of solutions. Markets and applications include but are not limited to animal health for dip tank disinfection, flocculants for residential pools as a filter aid, analytical (specialty) for reagents, or industrial processing for additives.

Unique Stenner Features

  • Patented Quick Release Pump Head: effortless tube replacement without tools
  • Solid one piece tube construction
  • Attach the pump to a wall or select from optional mounting accessories

The pump tube is manufactured in one operation providing a durable connection and one piece tube construction. The peristaltic pump head has a three point roller design and is self-priming up to 25 feet. The patented quick release pump head is designed for effortless tube replacement. When replacing the tube, tools and tube lubrication are not required.

Advantages of the Econ LD

  • Solution is not in contact with moving parts and runs through a food grade pump tube
  • Pump head requires no valves, allows for easy maintenance
  • Self-priming against maximum working pressure, foot valve not required
  • Pump does not lose prime or vapor lock
  • Pumps off-gassing solutions and can run dry
  • Output volume is not affected by back pressure
  • Totally enclosed
  • cULus for indoor/outdoor use
  • Internal power supply
  • CE listed, varies by model

NOTICE: The information within this chart is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs.
