Econ Integrator™

Econ Integrator™ Meter System From Stenner

The Econ Integrator™ Meter System is a convenient design for livestock water treatment and can interface with an existing house controller.

Quality water is proven to improve livestock production and health and it is vital for the maintenance of the water supply equipment. The Econ Integrator™ Meter System can inject common undiluted chemicals directly into the water line without harm to the pump for all the farm's water treatment needs.

  • Water and water line disinfection; pH adjustment and oxidation.
  • Injection of nutrients and supplements into water lines.
  • Injection of polyphosphate solutions for corrosion and scale control on plumbing fixtures.

The meter system includes the Econ Integrator™ pump and water meter pre-mounted to a heavy duty wall mountable panel. The pump runs on electricity and is activated by the pulsing dry contact water meter that is time adjusted to accurately inject a fixed amount of chemical per volume of water determined by the pulse rate of the water meter. Select a 3/4" or 1" plastic water meter with a choice of contact rates 1, 2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon. An added bonus is a flow indicator installed on the discharge line to confirm the solution is pumping.

Utilize One Meter for Both the Pump and the House Controller

The Econ Integrator™ pump features a built-in repeater relay. The relay repeats the dry contact signal from the water meter through the pump to the controller. If the pump is placed in the standby mode and inactive, the relay will continue to register water consumption to the controller as long as the pump has power applied to it. An additional water meter dedicated to chemical feed is not required.

Features

The pump operating times are digitally adjusted from 0.1 to 60 seconds in 1% increments. The chemicals injected are contained in the peristaltic pump tube and in the suction and discharge lines so they do not touch the moving parts in the pump. The Integrator™ is equipped with a safety lockout feature and a standby mode. The standby mode allows tube replacement in the pump head without disconnecting the power and/or the lead wires. Like all Stenner peristaltic metering pumps, the Econ Integrator™ is self-priming and doesn't lose prime due to off-gassing solutions.

Unique Stenner Features

  • Patented quick release pump head for almost effortless tube replacement, without tools.
  • Solid one piece pump tube construction.
  • The pump's internal relay allows an existing meter to tally water consumption to a controller.

NOTICE: The information within this chart is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs.
