SenixVIEW Ultrasonic Sensor Configuration and Analysis Software
SenixVIEW ultrasonic sensor configuration and analysis software is included with every ToughSonic product we make. It gives you total control over the operation of your ToughSonic sensors. You can calibrate and optimize your sensor, display data and verify performance, all with a few keystrokes.
Many Senix customers simply install their ultrasonic sensors, turn them on and never think about them again. But if you need to make a minor adjustment or even completely change the operation of your sensors, SenixVIEW gives you the power to do it quickly and easily.
SenixVIEW provides an intuitive, MS Windows interface. Target symbols, distance data, meter and switch symbols all show proportional, real-time measurements. Help tips are available by placing your mouse over any screen element or parameter. It’s easy, it’s free and it’s all at your fingertips. Sensor Configuration
SenixVIEW allows you to access over 60 functionally organized parameters that affect operating range, sensitivity, measurement rates, outputs, output filters, condition responses and more.
Sensor Analysis
SenixVIEW allows you to view real-time output using a variety of statistical and display tools. Fine tune sensor performance in real time. Create time-stamped data logs and export them to Excel to view application data over time. You can even use your ToughSonic sensor to system test the rest of your connected equipment virtually.
Network up to 32 sensors
Connect up to 32 sensors without any additional hardware or software using Modbus RS-485 serial interface. An entire group of sensors can be updated in minutes using Group Control. Groups of ultrasonic sensors can also be synchronized to prevent cross-sensor interference in close proximity applications or to take multi-sensor readings simultaneously.
Manage Sensor Configurations 
Use SenixVIEW to manage sensors by saving configuration files along with notes about the setup. Commission new sensors by cloning configuration files in a few seconds without the need for recalibration. Easily distribute configuration files among facilities and colleagues.
Stay safe
SenixVIEW allows you to configure and analyze sensors remotely. You can connect to your sensors up to 4,000 feet away if they are in dangerous or inaccessible locations.
