Econ Stennicator System

Econ FP Meter System From Stenner

Stenner's proportional pump for the injection of livestock supplements at the fixed ratio of 1:128 is the Econ Stennicator. Saving time is a plus for busy farmers and the new Econ Stennicator Meter System is pre-assembled and ready for installation. The components are pre-mounted on a heavy duty panel that is attached to a wall.

Traditional medicators and proportioners are typically hampered by poor water quality or the water bypass that can restrict water flow. In addition, some aggressive solutions attack the internal working parts of the water driven pump. The Stennicator does not restrict flow, the pump injects at the 1:128 ratio straight into the water line. The chemicals injected are contained in the peristaltic pump tube and the suction and discharge lines and do not touch the moving parts in the pump. Like all Stenner peristaltic metering pumps, the Stennicator is self-priming with no loss of prime due to gaseous solutions.

How It Works

The Stennicator runs on electricity and is activated by a dry contact, pulsing water meter. An internal relay allows the water meter pulse to send a signal to the house controller so water consumption continues to register. The system includes a lead-free plastic water meter, select 3/4″ 1″ and either 1 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter. The Single meter system provides 1:128 injection for water flow rates up to 2.7 gallons per minute (162 gallons per hour). The Dual meter system includes two pumps to keep up with water flow rates up to 5.4 gallons per minute (325 gallons per hour).

Unique Stenner Features

  • Periodic tube replacement, without tools, almost effortless with the patented quick release pump head.
  • Whiteboard animation video illustrates a Stennicator pump on a poultry farm.
  • The system design allows convenient accessibility.

NOTICE: The information within this chart is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs.
